FEAD workshop on the Implementation of the Landfill Directive

FEAD organises a one-day workshop for the Implementation of the Landfill DIrective in Prague. The workshop includes the following sessions:

• Current status of implementation of the Landfill Directive and enforcement measures foreseen by the European Commission
• Implementation of the EU Landfill Directive in Eastern Member States
• Implementation experience from Western perspective
• Landfill aftercare and financial guarantee: need for a level playing field
• Landfill gas recovery: towards European guidance
